I was spiralling , stressed, depressed and eventually hit rock bottom. I tried the national gambling board and help line stuff, but the weak sympathetic response offered non to little support. I was lucky enough to be surrounded by family that loved me regardless. I swallowed my pride, told them the truth asked for help and forgiveness and I’ve been gambling free since the 3rd of July 2025. My life has completely turned around. Not all of us are as fortunate. I’m telling my story so I can help prevent you from ever making your first deposit on a bet/wager platform or place. It’s money you’re throwing down a deep hole. At the Risk of losing your life , it’s just never worth it. I got help, you can too. You just need to want to change. First step really Is the hardest.
